OPTIONAL: SPECIAL DEVICES

OUTBOARD BEARING  (OPTIONAL)

  • Outboard bearing greatly increases the stability of the cutter heads for the entire width of the cutter.

HYDRO LOCK CUTTER HEADS (OPTIONAL)

 

  • Hydro lock cutter heads use hydraulic pressure to grip and position the tooling better than any other system. Hydro lock cutter heads must be used for jointing

GROOVE GUIDE TABLE (OPTIONAL)

PROFILE JOINTING  (OPTIONAL)

 

  • The profile jointing mechanism hones progiled on the cutter head to the same cutting circle. Depending on the number of knives on the cutter head, this permits faster feed rates.

UPPER SPINDLE STRAIGHT JOINTING (OPTIONAL)

 

  • Designed for high speed operations, top cutter head knives can be jointed to the same cutting circle.

HYDRO FEEDING SYSTEM (OPTIONAL)

 

  • The hydraulic feed system is the smoothest and most powerful type of feed system available. Hydraulic pressure keeps the feed system constantly running smoothly.
    (Feed Speed is over 60m/min)

INFEED FENCE WITH ROLLER & SINGLE DIRECTION TRANSFER INFEED ROLLER

 

  • Infeed fence with roller can make the work-pieces run smoothly. And single direction transfer infeed roller can avoid the work-pieces run back when the machine is running.

DIGITAL POSITION CONTROLLER (OPTIONAL)

 

  • Digital readout for width and thickness positioning. Enter the dimensions and press start and the machine automatically positions the cutter head. Ideal option for short run square dressing (NB: Requires one controller for each axis.)

BOTTOM SPINDLE JOINTING

 

(Manual/Hydraulic)

  • Jointing tooling increases quality and production speed by honing all knives on the cutter head in the same cutting circle.

SPINDLE SPEED INCREASE TO 8000RPM OR 9000RPM (OPTIONAL)

 

  • All spindles have 4 bearings to support the shaft. Higher feed speeds can be achieved with the installation of special high-speed bearings.
