OUTSTANDING FEATURES

30 m/min feed speed is standard.
Higher feed speed is optional.
Std. Programmable auto rec auto set works controllers provide quick and convenient setup for near side and top spindles. Controllers for other axes are optional.
Each spindle is conveniently adjusted form the front of the machine in combination with led digital readout.
The full sound enclosure with work lights is manufactured from heavy gauge sheet metal, providing chip guard and dramatically reducing noise.
Each spindle is driven by an individual motor, allowing for extra powerful moulding operation and easier control.
Table surfaces, guides, chip breakers and pressure plates are hard-chrome plated for maximum wear-resistance.
An automatic lubricator delivers oil to table for smoother running.
The feed rollers are pneumatically loaded and convenient to set for outstanding feeding effect.
3 sections of pressure control include infeed, midfeed and outfeed top rollers, which can be individually adjusted.
Pressure controls and pressure gauges are externally mounted for convenient adjustment.
All manually adjusted turning parts are equipped with sealed bearings without need of further lubrication.
Choice of cast iron or steel plate welded machine frame. Special heat treatment ensures outstanding rigidity and stability of the machine.
Chip breaker shoes for top spindle are equipped with digital readouts.
Sectional chip breaker assembly is mounted in front of top spindle.
The powered outfeed rollers provide stability and smoothness of wood outfeed even for thin wood or smooth surface of wood.

PROGRAMMABLE CONTROLLER EASY TO SET WIDTH & THICKNESS

By using the programmable controller, the width and thickness is easy to set.
The desired values of width and thickness can be preset and are displayed on an led digital readout.
The feed speed is controlled by an vfd inverter with led digital readout.

SAFE FEED SYSTEM

The infeed rollers work together with a limit switch to stop the machine in case wood thickness is excessive or there is a double up.

POWERED INFEED ROLLER

Smooth wood infeed is achieved with the independently powered feed rollers.
The quantity of powered top and bottom rollers is more then that on competitive machines.

CENTRALIZED LUBRICATION POIONTS

Grease lubrication points for all critical parts are centralized on the front of the machine with color coded, providing increased convenience of lubrication

CONVENIENT SPINDLE ADJUSTMENT

All spindles are conveniently adjusted from the front of the machine. All adjustmenet points are designed with the same height for convenient and quick ajustment.

Enables short and narrow wood to be fed smoothly with 3 pneumatic controls.

DIGITAL READOUTS FOR CHIP BREAKER SHOES AND PRESSURE SHOES

The chip breaker shoes and the pressure shoes are equipped with led digital readouts, that enable the pressure shoes to be adjusted accurately and conveniently.

TILTING PRESSURE SHOES FOR INCREASED STABILITY

The chip breaker shoes and pressure shoes are tilted, marking them close to the cutterhead. This results in higher stability during cutting and creates better surface finish.

INDIVIDUAL LED DIGITAL READOUT FOR EACH SPINDLE

Adjustment for each spindle can be preset through the individual led digital readout, which also displays values.
This result in more convenient spindle adjustmenet and higher accuracy.

LIFTABLE AUXILIARY FEED ROLLER

The auxiliary feed roller is desinged to ensure smooth feeding especially for short wood.
Power driven auxiliary feed roller permits effortless feeding of wood, and is liftable for convenience in cutter change or setup.

VERTICAL SPINDLE AND MOTOR ADJUSTED SIMULTANEOUSLY

The vertical spindle and motor are adjusted simultaneously for increasing convenience.
Extra large adjustment range (axial direction) of vertical spindle may reach up to 100 mm.

AIR BLAST FOR CLEANING SPINDLE

Before the tool holder is clamped, a powerful air blast cleans the spindle taper.
Therefore, high circularity of the tool holder and cutting tool can be achieved.

TOOL HOLDER LOCK / UNLOCK

Tool holder lock or unlock is made conveniently by pressing a switch, that helps to save considerable time in tool changes.
