APPLICATION:

 

  • The linear series is designed for edging straight panels with hot melt glue thru a feed system which consists of top pressure rollers and bottom feed chain.

  • The edging material can be pvc, melamine or veneer in strips or coils.

  • Solid lippings with a maximum thickness of 10mm are also applicable.

  • The easily operated linear machines are ideal production equipment for panels with straight edges,when small quantities are required for various job orders from time to time.

FEATURES：

 

  1. Heavy and rigid construction to ensure necessary accuracy and stability.

  2. To guarantee straight-line feed of the panel, a double row of rubber toothed rollers provide off-centered pressure to the top beam and the bottom feed track with rubber calibrated padsruns on cylindrical grides.

  3. The top pressure beam is supported with two reinforced columns and equipped with visiblelinkages for thickness adjustment.

  4. The feed of edging material, in strips or coils, is automatic and synchronous with panel feed.

  5. Electric and pneumatic systems are incorporated in the built-in control cabinet.
