AUTOMATIC INFEED CONVEYOR TABLE

 

  • The automatic infeed conveyor table increase convenience for workpieces infeed and efficency.

LEFT FINGER SHAPER

 

  • The shaper provides finger shaping at left side of workpiece, also, wood scoring and trimming are performed by this shaper.

RIGHT FINGER SHAPER

 

  • The shaper provides finger shaping at right side of workpiece.

  • In addition, trimming, scoring and gluing and performed by this shaper.

FEED CONVEYOR TABLE

 

  • The feed conveyor table automatically feeds workpieces into the pre-jointing machine.

  • The wood turn-over mechanism is used for turning wood from horizontal to before pre-jointing.

PRE-JOINTING MECHANISM

 

  • The pre-jointing mechanism provides pre-jointing before normal high pressure jointing is performed. 

  • This woill upgrade finger jointing efficiency and accuracy.

FINGER JOINTER 4.6 OR 6.2 METERS

 

  • The finger jointer features high speed and high accuracy jointing performance.

  • Standard jointing length is 4.6 meters.

  • Upon request, 6.2 meters of jointing length is available.
