Description

 

  • Our infeed table is designed to be able to connect with any 4-side moulder, multiple rip saw, straight lin rip saw, auto planer, …etc to have timers can be simply & quickly loaded. 

  • Meanwhile, it helps to ease and expedite the loading of timbers to reduce the hard working as well as to ensure the security of the operator. 

  • And, the heavy duty construction with simple operations of our infeed table can completely fulfill any customer’s requirement of efficient and massive production.

INFEED FENCE

 

  • The infeed fence allows wood feed neatly to the feed rollers.

WOOD THICKNESS LIMIT

 

  • There are two adjustable thickness limits used for preventing over-thickness wood from entering into the 4-side moulder.

FEED ROLLERS

 

  • Feed rollers are actuated by air cylinders for fast clamping of wood.

  • The feed speed of the front set of feed rollers can be adjusted to be synchronized with that of 4-side moulder.

HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT

 

  • The hydraulic power unit is used for driving the hydraulic motor on each feed roller.

  • A cooling fan is equipped on the hydraulic power unit for efficient heat dissipation.

HYDRAULIC-DRIVE FEED ROLLERS

 

  • Each feed roller is independently driven by a hydraulic motor, featuring powerful feed drive and permitting variable speed change.

CENTRALIZED CONTROL PANEL

 

  • Well-planned, clearly identified push-buttons provide operational convenience.

  • Chain feed speed regulation and display.

  • Feed rollers raising / lowering control.

CHAIN UNITS

 

  • Number of chain units varies with length of feed system.

  • A combination of fixed and movable chain units.

  • The length of the feed system can be specified by customer.
