  • The mod:hfj-900 automatic horizontal finger jointing line fromfullpower is a nes design concept.

  • In addition, the fullpowermod:hfj-900 also exhibits unmatched production rate up to 120 pcs per minute when equipped with an automatic wood arrangement conveyor table. 

  • The mod:hfj-900 is especially ideal for producing solid wood parquet, and achieves higher productivity than competitive models.

WOOD SIDE CHANGE DEVICE

 

  • Once left finger shaping is finished, the device will move wood to the opposite side for right finger shaping operation.

  • A pressure sensor is equipped on the device. if wood jamming occurs, the machine stops automatically for safety protection.

A COMBINATION OF RIGHT/LEFT SHAPING AND GLUING

 

  • The specially designed unit combining right/left shaping and gluing operations prouides continuous feed of wood. this results in high productivity up to 90 pcs per minute.

ASSEMBLING PRESS

 

  • The assemble press is equipped with two hydraulic cylinders at front and rear side for double side pressing. 

  • This provides a dramatic increase in jointing force and efficiency.

  • Double sides pressing also ensures consistant jointing quality on the entire wood.

  • Synchronized 2-step process enables jointing and cutting to length at back side and pressing and outfeed at front side to be performed simultaneously.

  • Cutting times are controlled by limit switches. 

  • Maximum cutting time can be set is 4 times.

CAHIN DRIVEN PRE-PRESS ASSEMBLING STAND

 

  • The pre-press assemble stand is designed with cahin driven.

  • Choice of 3 and 6 meters of length.

  • The pre-press assemble stand provides pre-press board for cutting to length. 

  • It ensures accurate vertical and horizontal alignment of finger joint.

  • Pre-press motion is synchronized with cut-to-length process.

GLUE SPRAYING STATION

 

  • Glue is evenly sprayed on the surface of finger joints when the material infeed. 

  • The device also features easy for clean and maintenance.

MAXIMUM UNIFORMITY OF WOOD PRESSING

 

  • The specially designed wood pressure device, located at the cutting and left shaping mechanism, consists of a plastic pressure plate and a cotton air hose. 

  • It provides extra uniform pressure to hold wood stably.

AUTOMATIC WOOD ARRANGEMENT CONVEYOR TABLE (OPTIONAL)

 

  • Designed for automatic infeed of wood, the automatic wood arrangement conveyor table provides increased productivity and convenience.

  • Equipped with brushes to assist infeed of wood.

MANUAL FEED TABLE (STANDARD)

 

  • Manual feed table is used for operator to manually place wood on the feed table.

SUCTION TABLE

 

  • The powereful suction table may prevent wood from tuming over before wood is fed into pre-press assemble station.
