Description

 

  • Equipped with a digital position controller for accurate and quick thickness setting.

  • Straight cutter head is standard.

  • Helical cutter head and quick-change cutter head are available (OPTIONAL).

  • Variable feed speed is controlled by means of variable pulley(STANDARD).

  • Variable feed speed controlled by means of frequency inverter is available (OPTIONAL).

  • Powered table elevation permits quick setting of cutting thickness.

  • The table supported by 4 heary columns for firm support.

  • In case top cover is opened, the machines stops automatically for safety.

HEAVY 4 COLUMNS SUPPORT

 

  • The table is supported by 4 heavy columns for firm support.

  • Columns are hard chrome plated for maximum wear-resistance.

INFEED & OUTFEED ROLLERS

 

  • Steel infeed and rubber outfeed roller are standard.

PRESSURE MECHANISM

  • The pressure mechanism holds wood firmly and is easy to adjust.

ANTI-KICKBACK FINGERS
