Description：

 

Fullpower vertical band resaws let you achieve high precision and resaw large stock.a outstanding and engineering design delivers a good performace. A fast and accurate cutting gives you a high quality. Fullpower vertical band resaws can cut into a desired thinness. Also, a sufficient thickness can be sawed by the upper wheel, a convenience of the blade replacement and a simple operation are other features. FTF-700/FTF-900 AUTOMATIC SYSTEM

  • Hydraulic drives feed rollers.(variable)

  • Guide rollers are driven by a combination system of pneumatic and hydraulic.

  • Automatic sawblade cooling system.

  • Automatic lubricator provides lubrication which can cool the sawblade.

  • It can reduce the considerable noise level.

  • The lubricator is also a cooling gear for the hydraulic system.

TWO FEED ROLLERS’ FEATURES: (OPTIONAL)

  • To add extra equipment, it can reduce workers.

  • Using the back feed roller, it can cut straighter products of lumber.

  • Power feed rollers are combined with automatic clamping and unclamping by air and hydraulics.

  • The feed speed can be adjusted variably.

  • The emergency switch is also provided.

GENERAL FEATURES AND CONSTRUCION

  1. Moving workplaces easily, it doesn’t need to build up a foundation.

  2. The saw tension can be read from the tension indicator.

  3. A principle of counterbalance weight controls the blade tension.

  4. A handwheel is also provided for micrometrical adjustment.

  5. Bakelite of saw guide ensures a high wear resistance.

  6. The high speed steel upper wheel and the casting iron lower wheel both are dynamically balaneed that makes the machine run extremely smooth.

  7.  Bronze pieces are provided for wheel cleaning.

AUTOMATIC FEATURES AND CONSTRUCTION

  1. The feed speed is operated by a hydraulic system which makes the machine suitable for cutting various types of lumber.

  2. Feed rollers’ movements are actuated by an air and hydraulic combination system.

  3. The feed rollers can be switched to an automatic or semi-automatic system. It can save more time when works are cutting different sizes of lumber.

  4. The power elevation of the upper wheel makes users easy to replace the blade. A handwheel is also provided for micrometrical adjustment.

  • The table gives enough space for both feed-in and feed-out which is convenient for resawing.

  • The auxiliary table rollers let users operate easily and conveniently.

  • The rule gauge of sawblade tension is provided.

  • It is easy to read accurately.

  • The fence is a heavy-duty structure.

  • It is fast and convenient to adjust the fence.
