HIGH SPPED CUT OFF SAW WITH SWIVEL TABLE

Description：

 

High speed cut off saw…speed, efficiency, accuracy full power fcs-20st / fcs-24st  are a high productivity, high accuracy, hihg speed cut off saw. It's specially designed rotary table makes angular cutting easy and quick.

FCS-20ST FEATURES：

 

  •  Cutting off capacity(thickness × width):   2”×11”, 3”×10”, 4”×9”,5”×8”,6”×6”

  •  The machine uses φ20 sawblade.

  •  Cutting speed:35~40 cuts / min.

  •  The table can be swiveled to max. 45°righward and leftward.

  •  The clamping mechanism is mounted with linear guide ways.

FCS-24ST FEATURES:

 

  •  Cutting off capacity(thickness×width): 1”×14-1/2”,2”×14”, 3”×13-1/2”,4”×12-  1/2”,5”×12”,6”×10-1/2”,7”×9”,8”×7-1/2”

  •  The machine uses φ24 sawblade.

  •  Cutting speed:30~35 cuts / min.

  •  The table can be swiveled to max. 45°rightward and leftward.

  •  The clamping mechanism is mounted with linear guide ways.

ROTARY TABLE

  • The sizing system is driven by a servo motor combined with the use of linear guide way, that enables the stop unit tot move fast and position accurately.

  •  Aluminum alloy guide way features maximum durability, elegance and light weight.

  •  Length can be made to meet customer’s requirement.

  •  Operation of the conveyor table is controlled on the screen. The multi-function controller provides accurate and fast sizing  control.

ROTARY TABLE

  • The table can be swiveled to right and left with maximum 45° angle. This allows for angular cutting.

  • The table is equipped with a lock pin, allowing the table to fast position at 45°.

  • Table surface is precision ground.

PRECISION, QUICK CLAMPING MECHANISM

​

  • The clamping mechanism is driven by an air cylinder in combination with the use of linear guide ways, that exhibit fast and smooth clamping motions.

INFEED & OUTFEED FENCE

​

  • Infeed and outfeed fence surfaces are precision ground.

  • Equidpped with an anti-bump rubber to prevent serious bumping of clamp.
