OVERVIEW:
Auto Double End Tenoner
AN INDEPENDENT CONTROL BOX

Equipped with an independent control box, it can be moved to wherever as desired for convenient operating controls.

To simplify and secure the controlling, all control buttons are located on a same control panel.

The operation can be started by slingle or by both hands simultaneously.
2 LIMIT-SWITCH
-
The machine is controlled by 2 limit-switches.

During tenoning, the feed speed will slow-down automatically to prevent any split of the workpieces.

And after tenoned, working table will fast retreat to the starting position automatically.
SPECIALLY DESIGNED SUPPORTER

Equipped with a specially designed supporter, after are tenoned, all work pieces will be snet automatically to the supporter for quick & easy unloading.
GUIDE FENCE

During loading the workpiece , along with the guide fence, all workpieces can be aligned accurately to obtain precise tenoning.
LINEAR GUIDE WAY

For 2 working tables, each is equipped with a high accurate linear guide way to greatly upgrade the precision of tenoning.
TOP & SIDE PRESSING
-
On the working table, by the top and the side pressed, all workpieces can be fixed firmly and closely and it can lead to a stable operation for precise tenoning results.
