DESCRIPTION

​

  • The sdt-150 single spindle dovetailer uses a manual milling machine to fix workpieces by pneumatic cylinder valves.

  • The machine is equipped with a mill spindle which allows the cutting of indents of adjustable height.

  • The machine can cut four different types of indents with different template pitches.

  • 1 hp/230 v/ 1 phase induction motor.

  • Four-sided template that produces dovetails on 1", 1-9/16", 2"and 3-1/8" centerines.

  • Eccentric spindle standard and smooth carriage feeding.

  • The machine can cut single mate or female workpieces, or both simultaneously.

  • Pneumatic clamping provides quick workpiece locking and unlocking..

  • High precision spindle bearing and carriage bearings are all sealed to eliminate dust build up.

  • Visual outlook styles and template mounting aid in quiding the carriage.

  • A dust hood to protect from touching the cutter and for dust collection.

  • Magnetic switch is standard.

  • Different types of templates can be easily changed.
