HORIZONTAL BAND RESAW

Description：

 

This new fullpower hbr-305 horizontal band resaw, with 15 hp saw wheel drive and 24”  saw wheel

diameter makes your resawing operations more efficient.

The entire machine is ruggedly constructed throughout for maximum stability, high precision cutting and minimum trouble, year after year.

The hbr-305 gives a big cutting capacity of 12” x 12”.

It  is equipped with a digital controller for convenient and accurate thickness control.

A roller type return conveyor is also equipped for convenient repetitive cutting.

The feed conveyor has a tilting design allowing for bevel cuts.The sawyer hbr-305 is carefully designed and built to offer you faster and more profitable production.

HEAVY DUTY PRESSURE ROLLERS (OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT)

  • Minimum wood thickness-2mm. Accuracy to + 0.10mm/especially ideal for composite parquet

  • Max. Height of infeed 200mm.

SPRING LOADED PRESSURE ROLLER

​

The infeed and outfeed pressure rollers are spring loaded and are easily adjusted in the horizontal and vertical direction to suit various workpiece thicknesses.

SMOOTH RUNNING SAW WHEELS

​

The cast iron saw wheels are dynamically balanced for smooth running. Wheel face is covered with a rubber tire allowing for changing when worn out. Blade guard is easily lifted up and supported by two nitrogen gas cylinders for convenient blade change.

FEED CONVEYOR SIDE SUPPORT

​

When the feed conveyor is tilted for bevel cutting, a side support is aplied for safe and stable cutting operations.

EASILY ELEVATED PRESSURE ROLLERS

​

The infeed and outfeed pressure rollers are easily raised or lowered using a gear device.

BLADE TENSION & TRACKING

​

Blade tension is adjusted by means of a handwheel a tension scale allow the operator to correctly adjust the tension for different blade widths.blade tracking is adjusted by turning a handwheel.

RETURN CONVEYOR

​

The roller type return conveyor equipped at the left side of the machine provides convenient repetitive cutting. The return conveyor is standard equipment.
