The machine employs a powerful plc for user friendly operations. It also features self diagnostic function for convenient troubleshooting. The touch sensing screen gives convenience for operation control.

The pneumatic infeed roller is especially ideal for feeding heavy workpieces. 5 rows of anti-kickback fingers ( two rows independently mounted, one row at the table, and two rows at the feed roller) prevent workpiece kickback

SHORT PIECE AND THIN PIECE CUTTING

 

Each two rows of pressure rollers at the front and rear, combined with a specilally designed pressure plate, make it possible for short or thin stock.

  • This machine is designed and engineered for first and second stage of material preparation after log is cut. Ideally suited for pallet, building materials, and door frame manufacturing.

  • If provides great cutting capacity up to 220mm thick and can replace a band saw.
