UNIVERSAL SHAFT TRANSMISSION

The 8 top and 4 bottom feed rollers are transmitted through individual universal shaft. The fully powered feed rollers exhibit extra powerful feeding capability.

 

Top and bottom feed rollers run simultaneously

The top and bottom feed rollers are designed with simultaneous running, that makes wood feed smoother and more stable.

ANTI-KICKBACK FINGERS OPENING LEVERS

The top and bottom anti-kickback fingers are controlled by individual opening lever. In case wood jamming occurs, the operator should shift the opening levers before retracting wood.

CENTRALIZED CONTROL PANEL

​

  • All of motion controls of the machine are centralized on a control panel for convenient operations.

  • A feed speed regulator is provided on the control panel, allowing for variable speed change.

AUTO POWER OFF WHEN GUARD OPEN

​

Both feed roller guard and sawblade guare are equipped with proximity sensors. Once either guard is opened, power shut off automatically for safety protection

CONVENIENT SAW SPINDLE ADJUSTMENT

​

The saw spindle forward／backward adjustment is made conveniently by turning a front-mounted lever for added convenience.

AUXILIARY CONTROL BOX

​

Equipped at the cut feed end, the auxiliary control box will dramatically increase convenience of operation.e:ar-sa'>turning a front-mounted lever for added convenience of operation.

MANUAL LUBRICATOR

​

The manual lubricator is used for delivering lubrication oil to feed roller sideways and saw arbor slide ways
