Description

 

  • Precision constructed spindle assembly:the massive spindle is ground and balanced, and is mounted on super precision (gnp4 grade) ball bearings to assure high performance routing year after year. close fit tolerance and careful assembly minimizes thermal expansion, resulting in less heat generation, low noise, and stable running in high speed routing.

  • 3-position depth stops:a square turret built inside the head provides three depths of spindle travel control. stoppers are adjustable. the knurled knob under the head allows for convenient selection of depth.

  • Spindle travel:travel speed adjustment is made from the controller on the air cylinder. Maximum travel is 3 3/4¨. The spindle downfeed is driven by air cylinder, operated with a foot switch. Hydrulically controlled travel end speed provides smooth feed against the workpiece.

  • Lubrication:spindle assembly is fitted with grease nipples for spindle bearing lubrication. Spindle stroke way is automatically lubricated, eliminating the problems that can result from failure of lubrication.

  • Rigid table:the massive table is scientifically ribbed, precision ground, and is prefectly square to the spindle. Heavy tunnions permit 45 degree maximum tilt. Table surface is slotted for holding the guide fence accurately.

  • Drive belt:top quality belt assures long service life. Belt tension is made with handwheel through a rack and gear mechanism giving positive belt tension and correct belt tracking.

PRECISION ROUTER HEAD

 

  • The spindle runs on super precision class gwp 4 ball bearings, making this machine excellent for heavy duty routing.

  • 3 position depth stop is conveniently adjusted by turning a knob.

  • A shock absorber is provided in the router head to prevent the router bit from bumping against the workpiece.

PRECISION SPINDLE

 

  • The router spindle is precision manufactured from chrome molybdenum alloy steel for rigidity and long service life, and dynamically blanced for smooth running at high speed.

  • Designed and built to withstand maximum side thrust under heavy cutting load without deflection.
