The model is designed with a fully automatic lubricating system and a patented multi-hole distributing valve that ensures a long-lasting life.
A PATENTED LUBRICATOR
The lubricator delivers oil to the link chains and the specially designed lubricator has the lubricating be synchronizing with the speed of chain feed to ensure a superior lubricating effect.
AN ACCURATE FENCE
The cast iron fence moves on the tubular rail with a positive lock and a graduated scale is provided on the rail for accurated reading of fence position.
A PNEUMATIC FENCE (OPTION)
An optional pneumatic fence can offer a fast & accurate setting of positioning.
A LASER-DETECING DEVICE FOR DETECTING CUTTING LINE (OPTION)
A laser-detecting device can be equipped upon request. It can clearly tell the cutting line to give an efficient and accurate cutting & trimming.
CHAIN CONVEYOR
The double chain rail can offer a long lasting durability and it is designed for perfect & accurate straight feedings.
ANTI-KICKBACK FINGERS
The anti-kickback fingers are provided at the infeed end to protect operator.
