Description

PERSONIFIED DESIGN

 

  • The innovative design allows operator easily access to all parts of the machine.

  • The machine adjustment, saw blade replacement and maintenance time are greatly shortened while extending service life of the machine.

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATOR

 

  • The automatic lubricator provides lubrication to saw frame, ensuring smooth motions at all times.

  • In case of lack of oil, the machine stops automatically.

ANTI-TEARING DEVICE

 

  • The standard equipment of anti-tearing device assures tearing-free when saw blade leaves wood bottom.

FEED SPEED REGULATOR

 

  • It provides variable feed speed adjustment.

SYMMETRICAL STRUCTURE OF SAW FRAME

 

  • The saw frame is a symmetrical construction to ensure uniform pressure on each saw blade.

  • This not only improves cutting accuracy, but extends service life of saw blade.

SAW FRAME SLIDEWAYS WITH COPPER PIECE

 

  • The dovetailed slide was are fitted with copper piece, and precision scraped to upgrade motion smoothness and ensure outstanding wear-resistance.

OSCILLATION GAP BETWEEN SAWBLADE AND WOOD

 

  • The wood feed and saw frame oscillation are excellently controlled.

  • This feature allows the saw frame oscillation stroke to be properly controlled. In addition, cutting is not performed, during the saw frame moves upward, and wood cutting is performed only when moving downward. Another feature is an air blast device is equipped to create about 3～7 mm gap between the saw blade and the wood

  • This feature may avoid heat growth on the saw blade, while ensuring superior cutting result. Every frame saw integrates such function.

SIDE GUIDE FENCE (INFEED)

 

  • When the guide fence is positioned at side, the machine can feed one work piece for cutting.

 

Side and center guide fence

  • When the guide fence is positioned at side, the wood feed through the air controlled pressure roller and moves along the surface of side fence.

  • Wood width: 160 mm

  • Wood height: 60 - 320 mm

CENTER GUIDE FENCE

 

  • When the guide fence is positioned in between two workpieces, the machine can feed two workpieces for cutting simultaneously.

  • When the guide fence is positioned at center, two pieces of wood feed through the air controlled pressure roller. The two pieces of wood move along both sides of the center guide fence.

  • Wood width: 2 x 70 mm

  • Wood height: 60 - 320 mm

MULTIPLE FEED SYSTEM

 

  • The multiple feed system is easy to install, which enables multiple wood to be cut simultaneously.

Feed system configuration：

  • Upon customer´s requirement.

  • Path numbers: 2 - 4 paths

      (wood height under 320 mm)

  • Wood height: 60 - 320 mm
