AUTO WIDE BELT PLANER SANDER

DESCRIPTION

 

CONSTRUCTION

• The machine frame is manufactured of heavy duty steel plate to minimize vibration and deflection.

• All parts of the machine can be easily obtained for maintenance and service.

 

TABLE AND CONVEYOR BELT

• Under the sanding aggregate and the pressurerolling, it’s the stable feed table. 

• Around the table, it runs an endless anti-silpconveyor belt. 

• The drive is poweredby a strong feed motor and a variable speed control from 4 to 16 meters per minute. 

• The conveyor belt is adjustable with an auto tracking unit.

 

SANDING BELT

• The sanding belt runs around the contact drum and the tension (or idle) rolling. 

• The tracking of the sanding belt is achieved by an eletriceye. 

• Changing the sading belt is very simple & quick.
   

CONTACT DRUM

• A perfect contack drum is essential for sanding without leaving cross marks. 

• The contack drum consists of a steed rolling covered with heavy-duty rubber. 

• Besides the standard 75 (or 60) shore hardness, there are rollers also available of hardness varying from 50 to 90 shore.
   

PRESSURE ROLLER

• The spring loaded hold-down rollers are mounted at the infeed and outfeed the machine to ensure positive feedings.

 

AUTOMATIC BRAKING

• The air disc brakes will stop machine if emergent stop or limit switch is tripped. 

• The machine will automatically stop its power off.

 

SIMPLE CONTROLS

• The operation controls are centralized on a simple control panel large, clearly-identified and color coded push buttons can simplify set-up and start-up as well.

 

QUICK READING OPENING SCALE

• Simple read-scale to indicate the accurate feed bed opening when set-up is made.

 

SAFETY FEATURES

All machines are provided with security protection deivces:

• Emergency stop button

• Belt tracking limit switch

• Safety bar

• Automatical stop if power off

• Sanding belt protection device

The drum will keep stationary if sanding belt is not tensioned before operation.
